The following should constitute the expenditure towards facilitating the CONTRACT:-

(a)Entire Visa processing fees at India and at destination.
(b) Charges for preparation of legal document.
(c) All travel expenses to destination country.
(d) Medical Insurance for the cooks, this cover will be required right from the date of travel and through the validity of contract.

SERVICE CHARGES
The 'Overheads' would be required to be paid immediately after selection and freezing of CONTRACT. It maybe appreciated that these would be required in time to preclude any delays in discharging Visa and travel formalities. The service charges accruing to us will be admissible before the candidate undertakes travel to the destination country.

WARRANTY
In case of an eventuality where the selected cook is unable to proceed at the appointed time, we would return the services charges if there is any personal problem related to the cook in question or any problem created by us, where the employer has fullfilled his duties. Alternatively to accord administrative convenience these would be adjusted towards arrangement of fresh candidate.
In the unlikely event of the cook not meeting the employer's stated expectations within 3 months of landing, we undertake to refund our service charges in Toto. However, the 'overheads' are essentially non refundable and the expense as well as arrangements for repatriation of the cook would have to be borne by the employer.
